cycle around town

oh there is a new cyclist in my town!
If there is one thing to add to my list of things I love, it is random finds.
Yesterday was Orientation Day at our uni and I was busy running the rural health stall for Spinrphex, one of the clubs at uni that I am on the executive of. I set the stall up and manned it with several other rural kids around uni. It was fun to meet all the nurses and pre med kids that signed up.

The really cool thing about O-day though was the random little stalls.
One of which was an older american guy who was selling fixed up old bikes, He was standing there playing the flute and selling bicycles for SUPER cheap! I fell in love with a beautiful pink bike, which sold just before I managed to hide from my stall for a little while. But I ended up buying a cute pink and white bike for $30.

Now I can cruise around Freo, and buy cool accessories for my bike, spoke beads, a basket - oh this will be fun!! I may even repaint it. I love little projects - and now I can add my bike to my project list - gardening, baking, biking and fixing/decorating up my little bicycle.
